HOW I STYLE: A plain white tee

Okay, I love a good white tee. Wanna know why? There's about a bajillion things you can do to style it! It's such an easy staple and such a great thing to start with when planning outfits. Though I know there's WAY more, I'm giving you my favorite five ways to style a simple, plain, white tee!

NUMBER 1: This one is probably the easiest way and the most common way - the front tuck into a pair of jeans. I love a white tee with a pair of lighter wash denim jeans and it is so classic! Throw on a baseball hat, or some cute necklaces for either a laid back look or a fancier one!

NUMBER 2: If you follow us on Instagram (shameless plug) then you would know my obsession with paper bag pants. I honestly feel like I'm wearing those dang gaucho pants from back in the 2000's when I throw on a pair. Tucking a white tee into these pants is so great because it's comfy, but it's also super work appropriate!

NUMBER 3: Tie that sucker and throw on a maxi skirt! This one is wayyyy 90s which is why I love the crap out of it. I like my clothes to be a bit looser, so my white tees are typically a little big on me. Therefore, they are the perfect size to tie them up! You could also very easily tie it up with a denim skirt for the summer!

NUMBER 4: Wear it with overalls! Another favorite of mine! I'm obsessed with my short, denim overalls and I absolutely love them with a white tee! I usually pair that with all the scrunchies on my arms, some hoops, and a baseball hat!

NUMBER 5: This last one is a great one for Minnesotans! Tie a flannel or a cardigan around the mid-section of the white tee for a super flattering look. Why am I calling out Minnesotans here? Let me explain. So, our days can start out at -10 degrees and end up being 70 degrees by 1pm. So, when wearing a plain white tee, I always like to pack a cardigan or something to throw over it when it gets colder. Instead of putting it in my bag, I'll often just tie it around my waist!
