Aubs turns two in November so we OBVIOUSLY had to make a quick trip to Disney before she starts costing money to fly ;) Going into this trip, I had a few things in mind that I knew I needed to see, but there were also a few that I was surprised to find! Below I've made a list of our fav's from this Disney trip! 1) Opening show at Magic Kingdom - Okay, this is an obvious one, but it's seriously such a must-see! The show is at the castle about five minutes before the park actually "opens" so be sure to go as early as you can. Most people enter the park and go instantly to get in lines for rides, so getting up close to the stage is typically super easy! 2) Royal Friendship Faire at Magic Kingdom - This is also a show on the castle stage. Aubs was IN LOVE with this one so we saw it twice ;) This show gets a but busier, but it happens multiple times a day, so you're bound to get close for one of them! 3) Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom - This was also a favorite of Aubree's because all of her favorite characters were so close! This happens once a day and goes throughout the park. The one thing I would recommend is getting a spot really early because people start lining up for this one an hour before! 4) Finding Nemo The Musical at Hollywood Studios - So my little munchkin is kind of afraid of the dark so we were a bit nervous that she would not like this show. As you enter, you sit in a darker auditorium. But when the show started, she was in love! She was singing Nemo songs all day long :) 5) Festival of the Lion King at Hollywood Studios - This one is tough for some toddlers (including mine) because it is so action-packed. Aubs wasn't able to do this one because she was a bit scared. If you've got a brave toddler and want to give it a try, it is SO worth it! 6) A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Hollywood Studios - UM, YES TO THIS. ALL OF THE YES TO THIS. You sit in theater and watch a musical with the characters from Frozen. At the end, "snow" falls all over the audience. So cute. 7) Happily Ever After Fireworks at Magic Kingdom - Aubs is not afraid of fireworks like some kids, so this one worked out really well. Well, kinda. She wasn't a fan of how bright they were, but we made it through :) The best part of these fireworks for us was when Tinkerbell flew out of the castle. THE BEST. 8) Character meet and greets - This was, by far, the best thing we did at Disney and potentially the best thing for toddlers to do at Disney period. Meeting favorite characters is something that is so special, and something that Aubree absolutely adored. The best part is that they have professional photographers taking photos the entire time so you'll be able to have some great memories! Xo, J
