WINTER STYLES I'M LOVING

Minnesota is known for a couple things - the cold, and well, the extra cold. It gets pretty snowy, windy, and freezing during the wintertime here and let me tell you, dressing for the weather is TRICKY. There’s a couple winter styles that I’m absolutely obsessed with this year because not only are they adorable, but they keep me nice and warm!

Blanket Scarves - This one is pretty much a must-have when you live in Minnesota. I love throwing a cute blanket scarf over any outfit to add a pop of color! The greatest part about blanket scarves is they are so versatile! They’re typically gigantic so you can either fold them to wear for a thinner appearance or wear them nice and chunky! I get my scarves from Dry Goods, Target and small boutiques!

Vests - Another easy thing to throw over an outfit is a cute vest! I think I wear a vest every other day to be honest. My favorite way to wear them is over athleisure or flannels! I got a couple vests at Old Navy this year for super low price. However, I’m loving the Sherpa vests I’m seeing everywhere and I might have to snag one ;)

Leather leggings - I love leggings. I love all of them. That’s why I had to add leather leggings to this list! I found the cutest pair at Apricot Lane St. Cloud, and let me tell you - they are everything. I love them best with a chunky sweater or a turtleneck. The best part of leather leggings is you can dress them up or down!

Turtlenecks - Speaking of turtlenecks, IM OBSESSED WITH THEM. This is probably my favorite winter style of all time. Like I said (or wait, did I mention this yet????) Minnesota gets cold. Turtlenecks are so great because you can literally wear them with anything! Leggings, jeans, sweatpants (lol) they will go with it all!
